Deals, discounts, and fine print

What dispensaries will and won't tell you about stacking, eligibility, and coupon rules.

Can I stack discounts at a Vermont dispensary?
Usually not. Most Vermont dispensaries allow one promotional code or tier discount per transaction — for example, you typically cannot combine a first-time discount with a Veteran discount, a weekly deal with a loyalty reward, or a Dutchie coupon with a menu sale. Always ask at checkout; a handful of shops will honor stacking on slow days.
Who qualifies for a Veteran's discount in Vermont?
Most Vermont dispensaries honor a Veteran discount for anyone who served in the U.S. Armed Forces, National Guard, or Reserves. Bring a VA ID card, DD-214, a Veteran driver license designation, or another government-issued proof of service. Policies vary by shop — some require a registered account, some offer it in-store only.
Do Vermont dispensaries offer senior discounts?
A growing number do. The age cutoff is usually 55, 60, or 65 depending on the shop. Some dispensaries roll senior and medical patient discounts together, while others keep them separate. If you do not see one advertised, ask at the counter — staff will usually honor it if your ID shows qualifying age.
Can I use a medical patient discount at a recreational dispensary in Vermont?
Only at integrated retailers that carry both medical and adult-use inventory (e.g., Ceres Collaborative). At pure adult-use dispensaries there is no tax-exempt medical transaction available; your registered-patient savings only apply at licensed medical dispensaries. See the Vermont Department of Health for the current medical dispensary list.
Why do deals change so often?
Vermont dispensaries rotate menus constantly because cultivators drop small batches and no shop wants to sit on aging inventory. Pricing and promotions track those rotations. The prices and promos listed above are indicative of what each dispensary typically runs; confirm the current offer on the shop's live menu or by phone before you drive over.
Can I combine a Dutchie coupon with a menu coupon?
Typically no. Menu platforms like Dutchie and Jane allow one coupon per order at checkout, and that coupon usually cannot be stacked with an in-store discount. If you're trying to maximize savings, apply the larger percentage discount and pay the rest at list price.

How this list is maintained

We crawl each dispensary's website and public menu on a regular cadence and keep the notes above conservative. If a shop has advertised a promo that's ended, or if you spot a new one, tell us — the goal is current, not cute.

Dispensaries in Vermont operate under CCB regulations. Promotional pricing is subject to the same excise tax (14%) + sales tax (6%) structure unless you're purchasing as a registered medical patient.
