Gaston Weed Company

Gaston Weed Company occupies 100 Center Road in Essex Center (distinct from Essex Junction), a more rural pocket of the town. The shop opened in 2022 and has built a reputation for its market-style layout and in-house production — they make their own live resin extracts and gummies on premises alongside carrying small-batch Vermont flower from partner growers.

The menu emphasis is on premium Vermont-grown product. Expect curated flower, live resin cartridges, dabs, infused pre-rolls, and edibles. The shop also offers a drive-through pickup window for online orders, which is unusual in Vermont and makes it a quick stop for customers coming through on Route 15.

Hours run 11 AM–7 PM Monday–Saturday with shorter Sunday hours (11 AM–5 PM). Ample rural-site parking.
