Hello, Hi broke new ground in 2023 as the first dispensary in Vermont to hold both a medical and an adult-use license at the same address, serving registered patients and general consumers in one shop. That regulatory milestone matters because it means medical patients can now buy their full medical allotment and any additional recreational product in one transaction.

The shop also uses an unusual effect-based merchandising approach — products are organized around outcomes (relax, focus, sleep, elevate, relieve) rather than indica/sativa or strain-first labels. For newer cannabis users the layout is significantly easier to navigate.

Location is in downtown Winooski's walkable core, a short walk from Misery Loves Company, Scout & Co., and the traffic rotary. Parking is on-street or in the Winooski Falls lot.
