Upstate Elevator Dispensary

Upstate Elevator Dispensary is the Burlington flagship for Upstate Elevator Supply Co., one of Vermont's best-known cannabis brands. The company started as a hemp-derived CBD producer in the mid-2010s and transitioned into a fully vertically integrated THC operator once Vermont's adult-use program launched — growing, manufacturing, and retailing their own products alongside partner brands.

The dispensary, located at 699 Pine Street in Burlington's South End, reopened in 2024 after a renovation into a true flagship. The space is notably larger and more polished than most Vermont dispensaries. Their in-house product line is broad: flower, pre-rolls, vapes, gummies, tinctures, and topicals, all manufactured in Vermont.

Hours run 8:30 AM–7 PM Monday through Saturday and 10 AM–6 PM Sunday. The Pine Street location is minutes from I-89 and has dedicated parking, making it the easiest Burlington dispensary to visit by car.
