The highest shop-level low is $15.00/g at Vermont Trap House in Fair Haven. That's a 2.2× spread for the same brand, depending only on which shop you check.

Pinnacle is a good brand to run this on because it is everywhere. Our brand-availability index finds it in stock at 48 of the 89 Vermont shops we track, with 712 in-stock listings, the widest distribution of any brand. Our overnight shelf ranking the same morning put it at #1 with 666 listings, ahead of Upstate Elevator (466) and Satori (402). Four more shops list Pinnacle at exactly $10.00/g: Theory Wellness (Brattleboro), Ideal Cannabis (Sharon), Notch Nugs (Jeffersonville) and Silver Therapeutics (Bennington). Three of the nine sub-$10 shops are in Burlington, but the two lowest are in Middlebury and Barre.

The surprise: the cheapest shops aren't the cheapest for Pinnacle

On our Vermont Flower Price Index, which ranks shops by their average flower price, Ideal Cannabis is today's floor at $3.57/g and Vermont Bud Barn is the ceiling at $15.66/g, a 4.4× spread. Looking at one brand, that order breaks down:

• Ideal Cannabis, the cheapest shop on average, lists Pinnacle from $10.00/g. That's mid-pack for the brand and nearly three times its own $3.57 average.
• Vermont Bud Barn, the priciest shop on average, lists its one Pinnacle item at $11.30/g, well below its own $15.66 average.

The takeaway is that a shop's average says a lot about its house mix (bulk, deli and value lines pull it down; top-shelf cultivars push it up) and very little about what it charges for a specific brand. • 12 of the 48 shops have no per-gram figure. They carry Pinnacle only as edibles or other non-flower items, or their menu doesn't list a weight we can parse. Lucky 7 in Brandon is one of them. Most of Pinnacle's 712 listings are edibles (250) and pre-rolls (197); flower is 159.
• Prices move daily. These are advertised menu list prices scraped on October 20, 2026, before tax and checkout discounts. They aren't point-of-sale data.
