Events calendar FAQ

How do I submit a Vermont cannabis event?
Email [email protected] with event name, date, venue, and a source URL (your site or a regulatory/industry announcement). We list publicly-accessible Vermont cannabis events for free — conferences, CCB meetings, trade gatherings, dispensary community nights.
Are listed events verified?
Yes. Every event links back to its original source (organizer website, CCB notice, or industry association page). We do not list events we cannot verify in writing, and we remove listings when the original source is pulled.
Can I list a 4/20 sale or promotional event?
Events that are strictly price promotions belong on the /deals page, not the events calendar. Community gatherings, educational nights, industry panels, and CCB meetings are a fit for the events calendar even if a sponsor dispensary is hosting.
Do you allow on-site consumption events?
Vermont CCB has not approved public on-site consumption for recreational consumers as of 2026. Licensed private events with no retail sales are permitted under limited conditions. We only list events that comply with current CCB rules.
How far in advance are events listed?
Usually 2–8 weeks out, depending on when the organizer publishes confirmed details. Recurring series like VGA industry calls and CCB public meetings are listed on a rolling 90-day window.
