Winterland Haze at 68 Main Street occupies a storefront in downtown Montpelier on the same Main Street commercial strip as Capital Cannabis Company (44 Main), a few blocks from the Vermont State House. The shop is built around independent, small-batch Vermont cultivators — sourcing from Tier 1 and Tier 2 growers chosen for craft quality over volume — and carries a community music ethos in its layout and atmosphere.

The defining differentiator is hours: Winterland Haze keeps the latest close of any adult-use dispensary in Montpelier. Monday through Wednesday the shop is open 9 AM–8 PM. Thursday through Saturday it stays open until 8:30 PM — 30 minutes later than Capital Cannabis's 8 PM weeknight close. Sunday hours are 10 AM–7:30 PM. For state workers, legislators, or visitors whose schedule runs into the evening, this is typically the only Montpelier dispensary still open after dinner on a weeknight.
