Kingdom Kind

Kingdom Kind is a woman-owned, family-run adult-use cannabis dispensary at 290 Glover Road in Barton, Vermont — the shire town of Orleans County and home to Crystal Lake State Park. It is run by Cam and Karen, a Northeast Kingdom family, alongside their sons Camden and Joel. Their in-house cultivation brand, Vermont Kind, is built on what the shop calls "Vermont's Cannabis Triple Crown" — cultivating, manufacturing, and retailing cannabis under one roof.

The focus is meticulous, small-batch Vermont cannabis across standard product categories: flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, and concentrates. As a farm-to-shelf operation, the family controls the full supply chain and can speak directly to what's on the menu.

Hours: Monday through Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Kingdom Kind is closed on Sundays — a key planning note for weekend visitors. If you need cannabis on a Sunday in Barton, The Dank Closet (3098 Barton-Orleans Rd) is the only option. Kingdom Kind's unique advantage is Tuesdays: it is the only Barton dispensary open on Tuesdays, when The Dank Closet is closed.
