Forbins Reserve holds a CCB adult-use retail license at 21 Metro Way, Unit 8, in Barre's eastern industrial corridor.

Important note (August 2026): The Vermont Cannabis Control Board suspended the ForbinsFinest Cultivation license in May 2026 following an investigation that found illicit growing, destruction of evidence, and off-the-books sales of over-potent cannabis by an employee — one of those illicit sales sent a customer to the hospital. The CCB fined the owners $60,000 and banned them from the Vermont cannabis industry; they are required to divest their ownership stake in the retail store by November 2026. The retail operation (Forbins Reserve) may still be open under management oversight during the divestiture period — but the in-house ForbinsFinest Cultivation line is no longer operating, and the store's status may change before the November deadline.
